التسجيل والصلاحيات
يسجل ممثل المنشأة اسمها ورقم سجلها التجاري وجوال التواصل وموقعها، ويقر بصحة البيانات وأهليته لإدارتها، ويوافق على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية. يدير المالك صلاحيات المستخدمين، وهو مسؤول عن المحتوى الذي ينشرونه عبر منصة mnu1. يحظر الوصول غير المصرح به والمحتوى المخالف للأنظمة أو حقوق الغير.
المنيو والأصناف
يسمى المنيو باسم المنشأة المسجل. تحدد المنشأة أصنافها وأسعارها وتوافرها وتنشر تعديلاتها، وتتحمل مسؤولية دقة المحتوى ومعلومات الحساسية الغذائية حيث تنطبق. توفر منصة mnu1 رابطا ورمز QR وقياس المشاهدات والنقرات. روابط الطلب لدى جهات خارجية؛ النقر عليها لا يثبت طلبا أو مبيعات. تراجع المنشأة الاقتراحات الآلية قبل اعتمادها.
إذن نشر صور الأصناف
بإضافة صورة صنف ونشره، تمنح المنشأة منصة mnu1 إذنا غير حصري ودون مقابل لنسخ الصورة وعرضها ونشرها مع اسم الصنف والمنشأة في المنيو وصفحة الصنف، وفي معاينات الروابط ونتائج البحث، وللتعريف بالمنيو عبر قنوات منصة mnu1 التسويقية. يشمل الإذن تهيئة حجم الصورة وصيغتها ونقلها إلى مزودي الاستضافة والعرض اللازمين لهذه الأغراض. تقر المنشأة بأنها تملك الصورة أو حصلت على الأذونات اللازمة لهذا الاستخدام، وأنها لا تنتهك حقوق المصور أو الأشخاص الظاهرين فيها. لا تنتقل ملكية الصورة إلى منصة mnu1. توقف منصة mnu1 استخدامها الجديد عند حذفها أو إلغاء نشرها، مع مراعاة النسخ المؤقتة والروابط التي سبق تداولها خارج سيطرتها.
الإتاحة والبيانات
لا توجد باقات مدفوعة حاليا. إذا تقررت رسوم لاحقا، تعرض الأسعار والشروط وتطلب موافقة جديدة قبل التحصيل. يستطيع المالك تصدير بيانات منشأته بصيغتي JSON وCSV وتنزيل الصور منفردة. إرسال التصدير بالبريد عند الإلغاء غير متصل حاليا.
سرية المعلومات التجارية
القوائم غير المنشورة والأسعار قيد التحرير وبيانات الأداء والخطط والملفات الداخلية معلومات تجارية تخص المنشأة. يقتصر الوصول إليها على ما يلزم لتشغيل منصة mnu1 وحمايتها والوفاء بالالتزامات النظامية، مع ضبط الصلاحيات. لا يفصح عنها إلا بموافقة مخولة أو لضرورة تشغيلية مضبوطة أو بموجب متطلب نظامي. لا تشمل السرية المحتوى الذي نشرته المنشأة علنا أو المعلومات المتاحة بصورة مشروعة، وتستمر حماية المعلومات السرية بعد الإلغاء.
سرية منصة mnu1
يحظر بيع أو ترخيص أو نشر أو إفشاء الشفرة المصدرية غير العامة ومفاتيح الدخول والتفاصيل الأمنية والوثائق التقنية الداخلية لمنصة mnu1، أو تمكين غير المخولين من الحسابات. يستثنى الإذن الكتابي والمتطلبات النظامية والحقوق التي لا يجوز تقييدها. تبلغ المنشأة عن فقدان بيانات الوصول أو اكتشاف ثغرة إلى support@mnu1.com.
النزاعات والتحكيم
في المنازعات التجارية الناشئة عن استخدام منصة mnu1، يتبادل الطرفان إشعارا مكتوبا ويسعيان للتسوية خلال 30 يوما من تسلمه. إذا تعذرت التسوية، يحال النزاع القابل للتحكيم إلى محكم واحد وفق نظام التحكيم السعودي ولائحته التنفيذية. يتفق الطرفان على تعيينه، وإلا يجرى التعيين وفق النظام. مقر التحكيم الرياض ولغته العربية ويطبق النظام السعودي. لا يمس ذلك المسائل غير القابلة للتحكيم أو الحقوق الآمرة أو طلب التدابير الوقتية من المحكمة المختصة. تقبل المنشأة هذا البند.
Terms and conditions

Registration and access
An authorized representative provides the business name, commercial registration, contact mobile and location, confirms authority and accuracy, and accepts these terms and the privacy policy. The owner manages user roles and is responsible for content published through the MNU1 platform. Unauthorized access and unlawful or infringing content are prohibited.
Menu and items
Each menu uses the registered business name. The business maintains its items, prices, availability and applicable food information. The MNU1 platform provides a link, QR code and view and click counts. External order links do not prove orders or sales. Automated suggestions require review before adoption.
Permission to publish item photos
When a business adds a photo and publishes its item, it grants the MNU1 platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to copy, display and publish the photo with the item and business name on the menu and item page, in link previews and search results, and to promote the menu through MNU1 platform channels. The license includes resizing, format conversion and delivery through necessary hosting and display providers. The business confirms that it owns the photo or has the permissions needed for these uses, including rights of photographers and people depicted. Ownership does not transfer. New use stops after removal or unpublishing, subject to caches and previously shared links beyond the MNU1 platform's control.
Access and data
No paid plans are active. Future fees require disclosure of prices and terms and a new acceptance before collection. The owner can export JSON and CSV data and download photos individually. Cancellation email delivery is not connected yet.
Commercial confidentiality
Unpublished menus, draft prices, performance data, plans and internal files remain the business's confidential commercial information. Access is limited to operation, security and legal obligations of the MNU1 platform. Disclosure requires authorized consent, a controlled operational need or a legal requirement. Publicly published content and lawfully public information are excluded. Confidentiality continues after cancellation.
MNU1 platform confidentiality
Users must not sell, license, publish or disclose nonpublic source code, credentials, security details or internal technical documents of the MNU1 platform, or provide unauthorized account access. Written permission, legal requirements and rights that cannot be restricted are excepted. Report lost credentials or vulnerabilities to support@mnu1.com.
Disputes and arbitration
For commercial disputes arising from the MNU1 platform, the parties exchange written notice and seek settlement for 30 days. An unresolved arbitrable dispute goes to one arbitrator under Saudi arbitration law and its implementing regulation. The parties agree on the appointment or use the statutory process. The seat is Riyadh, the language Arabic and Saudi law applies. Non-arbitrable matters, mandatory rights and interim court measures are unaffected. The business accepts this clause.
